Audrey Grace LaGar
Born and raised in Rochester NY, Audrey Grace has always believed in supporting local businesses. She graduated with her bachelors degree from SUNY Queens College in 2016 where she studied nutrition and restaurant management. Audrey has completed Serv Safe Management Certification and is a registered home processor with New York State. Audrey is passionate about creating healthy and delicious recipes. She created Audrey’s Alternatives as a way to share her ideas and creations. She mostly bakes, offering a variety of traditional recipes as well as multiple vegan and gluten free options. She has worked in a variety of popular restaurants around Rochester and also takes custom orders for savory snacks or meals. Having worked at two breweries, Audrey specializes in cooking with beer in both baked goods and savory dishes. Her natural body care products are carefully crafted, all natural, vegan alternatives to commercial products. The vinyl dream catchers she makes are an up-cycling project, an alternative to throwing out old beat up records. Much of her art and cooking is inspired by her hometown and local ingredients in upstate New York.
